Class Registration

To register for a course at the Queen City Dog Training Club first select the class title, date and time from the following schedules.

Agility
Puppy Kindergarden
Obedience I
Obedience II
Obedience III
Special Obedience Classes
Rally
Conformation

AGILITY CLASSES:

Agility Class Registration Process:

* If you have not taken agility classes at QCDTC and don't know which class is appropriate for your dog's skill level, please contact agility registrar, Cheri Immel at 513-508-5086 or email her at cheriimmel@hotmail.com.

* You can fill out a copy of the AGILITY Class Registration Agreement Form on line, sign the form, attach your check payable to QCDTC, and mail to:

* Make sure the form you filled out is for AGILITY and please don't use the AGILITY form to sign up for Obedience. They are different.

* You may also place your application and check in an envelope and drop it in the Agility Registrar Mailbox in the meeting room at Queen City.

* Class fees are:

* Non-member eight week course - $90.00
* Member eight week course - $20.00
* Non-member four week course - $50.00
* Member four week course - $20.00

* Please fill out a separate form for each agility class you wish to take, and please write separate checks for Agility classes and Obedience classes.

* You will receive confirmation of course availability by email once your application and check have been received.

* If the class you have requested if full, you will be contacted with alternate class information; otherwise, your check will be returned to you at your request.

* Dogs that have taken no more than two classes and cannot attend for health reasons (injury or in season) may be rescheduled for another class at a later date.




PUPPY KINDERGARTEN / OBEDIENCE / RALLY / CONFORMATION CLASSES:

For all non-agility classes, please contact Registrar Diane Carr (513) 772-3340 or d.carr@fuse.net if you have not taken classes at QCDTC before or do not know which class is appropriate for your dog’s current skill level.

Please fill out and print a copy of the class registration agreement form for each class you want to enroll in. To register for multiple classes, update the appropriate information, print a new copy & hit the submit button. Then sign each form, attach your check payable to "QCDTC", and mail to:

CLASSES ARE FILLED ON A FIRST COME – FIRST SERVED BASIS. You will receive confirmation of course availability by email or phone from the agility registrar once your check & registration form is received. If the class you requested is full, you will be contacted with alternate class dates & times, otherwise your check will be returned at your request.
ATTENTION QCDTC MEMBERS – please MAIL your registration and check to the registrar – or place in the drop box in the club meeting room. You must write separate checks for agility & obedience classes, as these go to different registrars.

Payment must be received within 7 days to confirm your registration for this class. You will receive confirmation of course availability by email or phone from the registrar once your check and copy of veterinary shot records (required for Puppy Kindergarten and Basic I) are received.
Unless otherwise specified, nonmember fees are:
Puppy Kindergarten $90.00
Basic I (Good Manners) $90.00
Basic II and III $90.00
Rally $90.00
Competition Ready $90.00
Conformation $90.00
Basic II, III $90.00
Special Classes as determined

The first night of class for Puppy Kindergarten and Basic I is an ORIENTATION with the instructor, DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG.

Only one dog per handler may be registered for a class.
Only leather or cloth leads are permitted in class. Flexi Leads and chain link leads are not permitted in any class.
Don’t forget treats or a toy that will motivate your dog.
Children and family members may attend classes to observe. An adult must supervise children at all times. No child under the age of twelve may register as the handler, enter the ring at any time, or handle a dog on the premises.
