Definition
Rally is designed to be a style of obedience that emphasizes
fun and excitement for the dog and handler where
an enthusiastic attitude and wagging tail are more important than
precision.
Focus
& Content
The interactive approach allows the handler to give directions and
encouragement during the performance, which improves the dog's attitude
and builds a sense of teamwork. Learn the skills that are required
required for Rally competition and have loads of fun with your dog
in the process!
The
exercises involved in the course are fun and will help build your
skills as a handler and increase your dog's repertoire of behaviors.
Praise, encouragement and communication are permitted in this sport.
This is one of the few sports that award you extra points for attitude
and enthusiasm!

with an introduction to short novice rally courses
